Policies




1. Please note that all items are from different WAHMs. Items are not generally combined for postage.

2. Please note that postage details are included with every listing. Some listings have free post and others do not. If free postage (within Australia) is included in your order, it is for standard mail only - should you require registered post or express post, you will need to let us know that you wish to pay for that service. Please note that we take no responsibility for articles lost in the mail, should you choose not to use registered post. We will of course help with trying to locate lost parcels but can not be held responsible for said articles. Express Post is not insured and some areas are out of the next day service area. Please contact us for a postage quote, should you be an international purchaser. Overseas orders are only sent registered post.

3. The items for sale are yours when purchased/checked out.

4. Payment terms. Please pay promptly for you order, once you have been contacted by the storeholder. Each storeholder will email you with payment details. Each WAHM has different terms and conditions for payment, some expect payment immediately and some give you a time frame. Please be respectful of this and pay as requested (emailing a receipt of payment), otherwise your item may be relisted for sale. Please note that generallly ALL the WAHMS expect payment within 3 days of listing.

5. Refunds/exchanges. All the storeholders want you to be happy with your purchase, if you have any concerns regards the fit or anything else of your order, please make the storeholder your first point of call.

Exchanges:- If your garment is the wrong size, please contact the storeholder within 7 days to arrange an exchange on your item. Please note however that some items may be OOAK or limited, and an exchange may not be available to you. The storeholder at their discretion may offer you a refund or store credit, or agree to a custom. If you are offered an exchange, postage charges will not be refunded and it will be your responsibility to cover the postage both ways. Please note items for exchange must be unworn and unwashed.

6. Layby - Layby is not available through the Gossamer Dreams Store.

7. Cancelled orders - if you choose to cancel your order after payment, a flat $2 restocking fee will be retained from your purchase price.

8. Overselling - should our cart oversell a product the product will be sold to the first order that comes through our system. Please note our cart operates on the first to checkout system. Should we oversell, the maker has the right to offer another product should they so desire, but this is not guaranteed.

9. Auctions - Please note that auctions are run automatically by Congo Cart, we are NOT able to retract bids or reset auctions if you bid incorrectly. Please ensure you double check before bidding on any auctions. Non-payers maybe excluded from future Gossamer Dreams Stockings.

10. We have a 3 strike rule for non-paying bidders/serial cancellers
